Our Made-To-Order Model Explained

At Nipper, every piece is made-to-order with care and precision. By crafting each item only when an order is placed, we reduce clothing waste, promote sustainability, and ensure that every garment is created with attention to detail. Our founder personally oversees the production of each piece, guaranteeing the quality you expect.

Please allow 14 business days from order to delivery as your item is crafted specifically for you.

Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Browse and Choose

Explore our exclusive collections of children’s wear designed with love and care. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail and made from sustainable materials.

Step 2: Order

Once you have chosen your desired pieces you can place your order. This will then be passed on to our production team. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email with the details of your purchase and delivery method.

Step 3: Production

Once our production team have your order we aim to turn orders around within 14 working days. Once your order is ready to ship we will pack it and pass it on to our delivery partner. You shall then receive an email update to let you know that your order is on its way to you!

Step 4: Delivery

Your made-to-order clothing will be delivered to your doorstep. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
